Appointment information: selected clinic, date, time slot, appointment type (in-clinic or virtual), and reason for visit.
Payment details: transaction amount, method, and status. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
Usage data: device, browser, and interaction logs to improve app performance and reliability.

How We Use Your Information

To schedule, confirm, and manage your medical appointments across clinic locations.
To send appointment reminders, waitlist notifications, and payment receipts via email or WhatsApp.
To allow doctors and clinic staff to prepare for your visit with relevant context.
To generate aggregated, anonymized analytics for operational improvement.

Information Sharing

Your data is shared only with the specific clinic and doctor handling your appointment.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Payment processing partners (e.g., Razorpay, UPI gateways) receive only the data required to complete your transaction.
Legal obligations may require disclosure if mandated by law or government authority.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored on secure, access-controlled servers.
Only authorized administrative staff and your assigned doctor can access your records.
Virtual consultation links are unique per appointment and not publicly listed.
We regularly review our security practices to stay aligned with industry standards.

Data Retention

Appointment and payment records are retained for as long as needed to provide care and meet regulatory requirements.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics beyond the retention period of personal data.

Access: You can view and download your appointment history at any time from the "My Appointments" page.
Correction: You can update your profile details or contact the clinic to correct medical records.
